Welcome to List.RE, your go-to platform for simplified real estate transactions. Making the sale the purchase of real estate more transparent and enjoyable for all involved.

Here's how it works:

FOR BUYERS

To get started, create a free account, and get approved to bid with your credit card (no charge, just an authorization) or by submitting either a pre-approval letter (for a loan) or proof of funds (all-cash). You can bid yourself or you can have a real estate agent bid on your behalf.

Once you are approved, you can bid on properties in $1,000 increments. You can even set your own maximum bids which automatically increase by $1,000 over the next highest bid until your maximum bid is reached.

If there's a bid in the last 10 minutes, then bidding will be extended by an additional 15 minutes. This allows all bidders to have a fair chance at making their highest bid.

Just remember, there's a 2.5% Buyer Service Fee added to the highest bid amount. The total of the highest bid amount plus the 2.5% Buyer Service Fee is what determines the Final Offer Price. This fee covers the cost of using the List.RE service and helps pay your real estate agents commission.

Winners need to submit their offer within 24 hours of winning. It's the listing agent's job to ensure everything's accurate and follow up with bidders. All written offers must be submitted to the listing agent.

 

KEEP IN MIND, Sellers are not obligated to accept any offers made. They have the right to accept, counter, or reject any offers made regardless of the Final Offer Price.

Not only that, but sellers want to sell their homes in the most convenient way possible. To do this with traditional listings can be very difficult, expensive, and nearly impossible to scale.

Not with List.RE!

With List.RE you can offer a whole new way to deliver these results for your sellers WITHOUT discounting your commission.

The List.RE model charges the buyer a 2.5% Service Charge Fee which then is used to help pay for the buyer’s agent commission and the List.RE service fees. This way your seller does not have to pay the total amount of commission out of pocket. With a typical 6% listing the seller only pays 3.5% total commission. The buyer and seller cover the cost of using the List.RE platform making the transaction even more fair and transparent.
